Danielle Portelli is a Learning and Development Professional with 18 years of experience, specializing in customer service excellence, hospitality training and effective leadership. Danielle has also successfully designed effective onboarding programs as well as set up training functions at hotel pre-openings.

Throughout her career, Danielle has designed and delivered a wide range of learning solutions worldwide. She gained a wealth of knowledge and experience, as she led Learning and Development teams at various award-winning hotel companies, including Four Seasons Hotel New York, The Peninsula Hotel New York, Highgate Hotels, The Landmark London Hotel, Firmdale Hotels and Hilton Worldwide. Danielle also formed part of the team at the prestigious Forbes Travel Guide where she traveled the world to audit and train at luxury hotels, restaurants and spas.

She has partnered with different clients from various industries, including luxury hospitality, real estate, banking, computer software and operational risk management.

Danielle has a passion for the role learning and development plays in the transformation of organizations and achieving improved business results.
